NEED TO KNOW

ARRIVE LIKE A SWITCH LOCAL

BEFORE

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please get to the gym 15 mins before the scheduled start of the class.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Pack your gym wear. Sweat towels are compulsory, so make sure you come prepared.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Something comfortable, something that you’re happy to sweat in, and a sturdy pair of trainers. Don’t worry, we have showers so you can change back into your best before heading off to work.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN WATER?
Our studios have water coolers placed at strategic intervals – but we recommend bringing your own water bottle anyways so you don’t miss any of the action. We don’t allow glass water bottles in the studio (it gets dark in there), so please make sure your bottle is made from (recycled) plastic. You can also purchase one on arrival.

DURING

WAIT, I’M LATE!
To ensure that your spot is not released to the waitlist, please arrive at Switch at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. To be respectful of others, there will be no entry five minutes after the class has started.

AFTER

HIGH FIVE EVERYONE
(It’s not a rule, but people are usually so hyped after class they share the stoke anyways)
